franchisees with an operating license.
2.Payments; done quarterly in advance and a 3 months deposit paid
through our financial consultants.

This has been done through
a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the hospitality division of Strathmore
University.

Confidentiality agreements etc. This shall be the first step of engagement.
