We would provide you with
a Kula Korner brand franchise, where you would;
- Take on the identity of the brand name.

- BRAND ADVISE SUPPORT.
- Assistance in; Personnel development,
marketing/ advertising and other factors relating to operating a business.
- Support in terms of; product and brand
evolution, market analysis and consumer monitoring.
- Association with an already tried and
tested system which allows one to enjoy the competitive advantage, high
bargaining power, maximized profits, reduced risk of business failure and
name recognition.
- Add value to an existing business in
terms of professional business practice and complementary services with
continual improvement to current product offered.
- FINANCIALS.
Franchise fee
A
one off fee for the grant of the franchise rights (see schedule attached).
The
franchise fee covers the following;

KULA KORNER intellectual property rights

Use of the brand name and
trademarks.

Access to the business methods.
·
Access to the standard recipes
for the KULA KORNER signature dishes.

Standard Operating Procedure.
·
Induction training of Franchisee
Management Team prior to the commencement of franchise operations.
ROYALTIES/ SERVICE FEES.
Flat monthly fee exclusive of VAT (see schedule attached)
The
fees covers;
- Continued support of operations and
steady monitoring through support consultants.
- Involvement in the initial recruitment
process of senior staff
- Monitoring consumer trends and
expectations.
- Regular product re-engineering-menus,
systems, controls and all other areas of business improvement.
- Access to continuous KULA KORNER
product evolution and business up-grading.
- Benefits from strategic partners
business participation
- Access to group purchasing position
- Access to franchise collective
innovation pool
- Royalties for the continued use of the
brand, logo’s and trademarks.
Advertising pool
Future advertising pool
contribution will cover;
- Regular generic promotional activities
- Quarterly media campaigns
- Production of generic posters etc.
- E-marketing and Web-site
support.
- RESTRICTIONS.
Being

Trademarks are the property of DINCOM LTD and thus all usage
of the brand and brand elements need to have prior approval.
To support the franchise system, DINCOM LTD requires
franchisees to devote their time to the operation of the franchise as owner-
operation as this is a fundamental element to the
franchise development in the region.
